Cancellation policy

ELVA membership

£12.99 per bottle with free UK delivery. Your card is charged automatically each time a bottle is sent, every 4, 6 or 8 weeks depending on what you choose.

Founding price: members who join during our founding period keep £12.99 per bottle while their membership stays active. Skipping or pausing keeps your price. If you cancel and rejoin later, the price at that time applies.

Skip, change or cancel anytime: there's no minimum term. Log in to your account to skip a delivery, change how often it arrives, pause or cancel. Make changes before your next billing date, shown in your account, to avoid being charged for that delivery.

Reminders: we'll email you before each delivery.

Price changes: if your membership price ever changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before, and you can cancel before it applies.
